Responsibilities: Job Description We are hiring a Charge RN for our 48 bed, step down unit. The Charge RN will under the direction of the Nursing Director, works with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager as a part of the management/leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s). May provide direct patient care Our unit treats a wide variety of patients including those withStroke, CHF, GI, Renal, Neurologic conditions, patients inrespiratorydistress, Neuro, and post bariatric surgery patients. We work withinterdisciplinaryteams such as social workers, PT/OT, Case Managers, and outpatient services.
