Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below: * Navigate and manage stressful situations in a professional, solution-oriented manner that achieves the best outcomes and overall team performance * Monitor the full pipeline margin accounting process--from ticketing through billing and reporting--identify and resolve issues as they arise and escalate matters to Management when appropriate * Accountable to the performance of direct reports, including proactively engaging to provide positive feedback or developmental feedback to correct behaviors and improve performance as needed Understand the working details of multiple systems, the accounting organization, and all business operations Utilizes relationships with counterparties to collaborate and improve processes and procedures that are in the best interest of the company and the team Ability to translate constructive feedback into positive changes for themselves and their team Key Attributes
