Responsibilities:

• Assist with payroll processing, including pulling reports, auditing data, and supporting payroll preparation
• Provide payroll-related data and reports to supervisors as requested
• Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee inquiries
• Assist with reviewing and reconciling benefit invoices
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to payroll and benefits
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
• Support leave tracking processes (FMLA/LOA) and escalate complex issues as needed
• Assist with general HR administrative tasks and special projects

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or benefits administration
• Basic understanding of payroll processes required
• Experience with benefits administration or HR systems is a plus
• Exposure to FMLA or leave management preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems (Paylocity experience a plus)
