What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, instructional design or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably on Salesforce or other CRM/technology platforms.
  • Experience with project and/or change management.
  • Certified Trainer, Salesforce Administrator, Change Management Professional, or willing to obtain certification within 12 months of hire.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
  • Impeccable organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other online tools and platforms that deliver clear, coordinated and action-oriented content.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and deliver training programs for inside sales and nonsales associates (virtual, inperson, and blended).
  • Partner with sales, training leaders, and subject matter experts to assess needs and design effective training and changemanagement solutions.
  • Create engaging, interactive learning content and curriculum that improves knowledge retention and adoption.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, user adoption, and performance data; recommend and implement continuous improvements.
  • Support learning operations, including training logistics, materials, agendas, and feedback to process owners on user challenges.
  • Collaborate with other trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of training content and delivery as part of the Adoption, Enablement and Communications team.

We are looking for a Salesforce Training Associate to join our team and help us deliver high-quality training programs and content to our clients and employees. Your duties will include an adoption assessment and solution-oriented approach to growing associate use of our global Salesforce application. You will achieve this work by gaining an understanding of business processes, identifying common Q&A , creating self-service content, organizing and facilitating training sessions to support our Salesforce and relevant tools systems, processes and capabilities. You will be a resource for sharing best practices and tips for using the platform(s) effectively. You will also provide support and feedback to learners and track their progress and performance. Your focus will be to improve the adoption, enablement and communication experience that our internal associates have within our CRM platform and how we deliver experiences to our customers through portals and other means.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
