Global Professional Services Talent Development is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support the successful execution and operational excellence of our Talent Development programs and initiatives.

This role is responsible for enabling the seamless delivery of talent programs by driving operational workflows, participant management, systems updates, communications assets, and cross-functional coordination. As a key member of the Talent Development team, this individual ensures high-quality execution across initiatives including career paths documentation and updates, skills library maintenance, talent and learning communication and help channels, enrollment and participant management processes, and program tracking.

This role provides foundational exposure to broader Talent Development strategy, enablement practices, and program design. The Senior Analyst / Coordinator will deepen their expertise in operations, program management, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis, building toward expanded scope and ownership over time.

Success in this role requires strong communication, operational excellence, systems and data fluency, paired with a continuous improvement mindset and a thoughtful approach to leveraging AI and automation to drive efficiency, scale impact, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Talent Development Operations & Program Support

  • Own and manage core operational workflows supporting Talent Development programs

  • Manage enrollment, participant tracking, communications, and documentation across multiple initiatives

  • Maintain and update systems related to career paths, learning records, and program tracking

  • Support the documentation, version control, and system updates for leveling guides and career path frameworks

  • Develop and manage communications templates and standardized assets for program launches and updates

  • Ensure operational readiness for program delivery (participant lists, materials, documentation, timelines, meeting rooms and logistics)

  • Maintain clear and organized documentation repositories and process guides

  • Identify opportunities to streamline operational workflows through automation, AI-enabled tools, and process redesign to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability

  • Provide onsite support for in-person learning programs, including setup, logistics coordination, materials preparation, and day-of execution support during delivery

Project Management & Workflow Coordination

  • Support the project management of Talent Development initiatives using tools such as Asana and Slack

  • Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across stakeholders

  • Identify risks, gaps, or delays and proactively escalate or propose solutions

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Talent Development, Ops, and business stakeholders

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, templates, and operational standards

  • Proactively seek ways to reduce manual effort, eliminate redundancies, and increase execution speed while maintaining quality

Stakeholder & Participant Experience

  • Serve as an operational point of contact for participants and internal stakeholders

  • Track and support ongoing communications and program updates

  • Ensure clarity, professionalism, and consistency across participant touchpoints

  • Support internal help channels, triaging requests and ensuring timely resolution or escalation

  • Gather feedback and operational insights to improve future experiences

  • Leverage AI-assisted tools where appropriate to enhance communications quality, responsiveness, and turnaround time

Data & Insights

  • Maintain accurate participant and program data across systems

  • Pull and analyze reports to track enrollment, completion, and engagement metrics

  • Support measurement processes and dashboard updates

  • Identify trends or operational improvements through data analysis

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across tools and documentation

  • Explore AI-driven reporting, summarization, and analytics tools to accelerate insight generation and improve decision support

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, talent development/learning, HR, or related field

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and occasionally ambiguous environment

  • Experience using project management tools and collaboration platforms

  • High attention to detail and strong documentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for stakeholder and participant-facing communication and materials

  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, AI and reporting tools

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and service-oriented mindset

  • Demonstrated growth mindset and desire to expand into broader Talent Development work

  • Travel Required: Up to 25% travel required to support programs, events, and team initiatives

In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $112,900 - $155,200 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
