Job Overview

TheProduct Supply Bottler Sales Business Analyst is responsible for supporting our Bottler Sales purchaser's weekly orders, processing order modifications, and providing weekly order confirmations and deliveries to support loads inbound the purchaser distribution centers. This position also manages emergency load requests, forecasting requests of new SKU launches, package, or promotional conversions, and supports any invoice corrections needed for shipping discrepancies. The Bottler Sales purchasers are licensed bottlers or distributors of Coca-Cola products and other leading beverage brands, and the Product Supply Bottler Sales Business Analyst will serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to our bottling purchasers, finance, warehousing, product supply planning, manufacturing, raw material procurement, and Red Classic Transportation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages assigned bottler sales purchasers and CCCI source facilities by managing weekly order receipts following service level agreements (SLA).
  • Reviews and monitors orders as it relates to timeliness of receipt, improper weights, frequent partial pallet orders, level loading, and any item allocations for appropriateness.
  • Develops purchaser relationships and supports purchaser service initiatives through the timely and effective management of high-volume daily email correspondences.
  • Builds relationship with assigned purchaser and source facilities to address KPI's and other topics of concern by hosting monthly calls with each.
  • Monitorsdeliveries that are tendered to Red Classic Transportation and Product Supply Planning Logistics teams for timeliness of receipt to the purchaser.
  • Assists bottler sales purchasers with transportation requests and any load problems to ensure bottler sales purchaser needs are met.
  • Worksdirectly with internal partners and bottler sales purchasers to adjust or correct any identified shipment discrepancies submitted through the BRF process.
  • Supports and coordinates with internal team on strategic initiatives related to sku innovations, LTO's, promotional items, holiday planning, sku deletions, and sourcing changes.
  • Collaborates with Product Supply Production Scheduling team on production capacity and product availability concerns.
  • Coordinates the moving or canceling of purchaser orders and communicates any requested revisions to orders to all impacted parties.
  • Supports the handling of any urgent product requests needed by the Purchaser and works collaboratively with internal team to gain approval.
  • Monitors and approves the return of dunnage loads by comparing purchased vs. returned dunnage for appropriateness.
  • Maintains and analyzes system sku settings. This includes managing AML's and MDT's at the sku/purchaser level.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge acquired through 1 or more years of relevant work or internship experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Marketing, or other areas of the value chain
  • Experience with Transportation Management System, Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Planning Software Systems (Blue Yonder/SAP)
  • Experience with Reporting and Business Intelligence (Power BI/Tableau)
