Position Overview The Relationship Abuse Program Manager will play a critical role in leading and implementing key initiatives within The Allstate Foundation's Relationship Abuse pillar. This position directly supports the mission of disrupting the cycle and reducing the prevalence of relationship abuse by: Supporting the financial wellbeing of survivors Advancing healthy relationship education Strengthening the domestic violence sector The Program Manager will report to the Relationship Abuse Program Officer and will be responsible for guiding program workstreams, managing essential partner relationships, and overseeing the strategic execution of specific programs and publicfacing campaigns. In addition, the Program Manager will represent The Allstate Foundation in meetings with internal teams, external partners, speaking engagements, and thoughtleadership events. Experience
