Pay Range: $112,254.00 - $142,156.00 per year

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview: Under the general direction of the Administrative Director, the Educator will coordinate, implement, and evaluate educational programs that support specialty needs. In association with other departments, the Educator will provide and facilitate a variety of educational services and consultations to support growth, development, and educational needs across the specialty.

Scheduling Requirements:

• Full-Time, Day Shift
• Monday - Friday, every other weekend and holiday rotation

Qualifications:

• Active New JerseyaRN License or approved compact RN license required.
• BSN required; MSN in Nursing or Masters in Education is preferred.
• AHA BLS prior to start date required.
• Previous clinical nursing experience is required.
• Minimum two (2) years experience in Behavioral Health desired.
