We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Position: Administrative Assistant II



The Administrative Assistant II is responsible for the completion of assigned office and administrative tasks. Maintains confidentiality of client, employee and financial information. The role will be supporting and working at two program sites - East Clarke Place and Andrews Avenue Senior Residence both located within close proximity in the Bronx.



Location: Bronx, New York 10453



Minimum Qualifications:



  • 60 college credits plus two years experience in a related field or a satisfactory combination of education and experience.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, business writing skills, the ability to work well with others, and prioritize and take initiative.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and knowledge of Excel, and basic PowerPoint skills are required.



Administrative Assistant II Principal Responsibilities:



  1. Assist supervisor in fulfilling programmatic responsibilities.
  2. Manage the management of day-to-day office functions, equipment maintenance, and janitorial activities.
  3. Coordinate paper and electronic documentation, including receiving, routing and filing of invoices, reports, correspondences, contracts and forms.
  4. Prepare reports, correspondence, purchase orders and forms and ensure timely and accurate reporting within the program and to outside entities.
