Your role at Baxter As a Business Systems Analyst supporting Baxter's Respiratory Health business, you'll play a key role in strengthening the data, reporting, and system capabilities that power a rapidly growing product portfolio. This is a handson, highly impactful role where you'll translate real operational needs into reliable data solutions, system enhancements, and insights that help teams make better decisions. You'll work across SQL Server and Oracle environments, support critical ordertocash processes, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data that drives reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position follows a hybrid schedule and is based out of our St. Paul, MN office. Your team You'll join a tightknit, collaborative team led by a manager who has grown her own career at Baxter and brings a supportive, opendoor leadership style. The team supports Respiratory Health endtoend, working with patient service managers, operations, finance, continuous improvement, and system analysts across TIMS and JDE. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $72,000 -$99,000. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses and long-term incentive.
