This is a handson, highly impactful role where you'll translate real operational needs into reliable data solutions, system enhancements, and insights that help teams make better decisions. You'll work across SQL Server and Oracle environments, support critical ordertocash processes, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data that drives reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives. If you enjoy solving problems, building structure from complexity, and working directly with users to understand what they need and why, you'll thrive here.

This role offers the unique blend of a smallteam environment within a large, wellresourced organization. Respiratory Health is expanding and investing in new technologies-including AIdriven efficiency projects-giving you the opportunity to influence how the function evolves. You'll take on meaningful work from day one, with the autonomy to own your projects and the support of leaders who value curiosity, learning, and initiative.

This position follows a hybrid schedule and is based out of our St. Paul, MN office.

Your team

You'll join a tightknit, collaborative team led by a manager who has grown her own career at Baxter and brings a supportive, opendoor leadership style. The team supports Respiratory Health endtoend, working with patient service managers, operations, finance, continuous improvement, and system analysts across TIMS and JDE. It's a group that genuinely enjoys working together and takes pride in supporting a business that is growing quickly and making meaningful investments in technology.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as a business process and system expert for Respiratory Health applications, supporting daily operations and ensuring data accuracy across ordertocash processes.

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprisewide reporting solutions, including core business reports, exception reporting, and dashboards.

  • Write efficient SQL Server and Oracle queries to support data pulls, integrations, and the maintenance of the data warehouse used for ERP reporting.

  • Monitor system health, validate data integrity, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable, timely delivery of recurring reports and analytics.

  • Perform data profiling and analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities that support operational and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Translate user needs into clear business requirements and act as a liaison between business partners and system development/configuration teams (TIMS, JDE, and others).

  • Support project implementations, system enhancements, and crossfunctional initiatives, including work with patient service managers, finance, and continuous improvement teams.

  • Stay current on industry data standards and reporting technologies, contributing to ongoing improvements and futurefocused initiatives such as AIdriven efficiency projects.

What you'll bring

  • 2-5+ years of experience in data analysis, business systems, or a related technical field, with a strong foundation in SQL and relational databases preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, data analytics, or a related field, or an associate's degree with relevant experience strongly preferred.

  • Handson experience with SQL Server or Oracle (and the ability to learn the other quickly), along with an understanding of data architecture and performance best practices.

  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI, Cognos, or Tableau-or the technical aptitude and curiosity to learn them rapidly.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, including the ability to validate data, identify anomalies, and translate findings into actionable insights.

  • Comfort working directly with end users to gather requirements, clarify needs, and deliver practical, reliable solutions.

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional partners across operations, finance, patient services, and system teams.

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a desire to learn new tools, technologies, and approaches-especially as Respiratory Health expands into AIdriven initiatives.
