Job Overview

The Analytics Resource Program Manager performs program management activities for the Analytics Resource Center (ARC), to include executing the ARC strategy, goals, and objectives and through planning for and leading of multiple initiatives in support of the division and enterprise. The program manager would be responsible for overseeing and coordinating efforts between multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders leading with focused attention to strategy, implementation, delegation and execution.

This role is designed for a highly versatile professional who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment. The position works across all operational and clinical domains of the hospital, providing broad, adaptable support rather than serving a single unit or specialty. The ideal candidate is resourceful, flexible, and comfortable navigating diverse workflows and technologies that support all domains of hospital operations. Success in this role requires the ability to quickly shift priorities, collaborate with a wide range of teams, and apply problem-solving skills to varied, often complex situations.

Additional Information
Hours per week: 40, eligible for benefits
Shift: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm, work hours may vary based on the needs of the department.

*This is considered a hybrid position, which does require you to live in the state of Colorado.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partners with executive leadership to identify and prioritize analytics resource center goals and objectives; develops and maintains the ARC program strategy and supporting business case, which includes program documentation.

  • Develops an evaluation method to assess program strengths and areas for improvement.

  • Develops, implements, and monitors budgets that are complex in nature; allocates shared resources among projects within the program; prepares reports detailing the status of the program budget and compliance to any requirements as specified by funding sources.

  • Performs lead work over architects and project teams who have been assigned responsibility for various projects within the program; establishes work plan responsibilities and scope of authority for project stakeholders.

  • Ensures goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and performance

  • Meets with executives and stakeholders to ensure communication is transparent, understandable and cohesive

  • Manages the overall risk of the program, which includes conducting risk and cost/benefit analyses and devising strategies to deal with unexpected crises and unresolved risks.

  • Monitors program milestones to maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives; ensures projects within the program are completed within established time and budget schedules; recommends modifications to project managers to enhance the effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.

  • Develops methodology for budget and billing for research projects

  • May participate in grant application process for resource scoping.

Minimum Qualifications

  • EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or computer science

  • EXPERIENCE - Seven years of project management or business/project analyst experience

    • Previous healthcare and/or analytics experience preferred

  • EQUIVALENCY - In lieu of bachelor's degree, four years of professional experience will substitute

  • CERTIFICATION(S) - Epic Certification required within four months of hire to maintain employment.

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $109,636.42 to $164,454.63
