Position Summary
The Van Haren Laboratory in the Precision Vaccines Program is looking for a Research Technologist with expertise in Cell biology and Immunology. The technologist will be part of a team of scientists dedicated to the development of human in vitro models for the preclinical evaluation of candidate vaccines against various infectious diseases. Core activities will include learning our proprietary lab protocols, helping further develop these, and teaching them to other lab members. The ideal candidate will have skills and interests relevant to human primary cell culture and stimulation with candidate vaccine formulations. In addition, experience in project management of grant- or contract-research is encouraged. The candidate should also embody the Hospital's core values in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications Education:
The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
