Job Title: Call Center Representative(Spanish) Location: Richmond, VA 23230 Duration: 6 months Pay Rate: $20.00/hr. without benefits Note: Spanish is mandatory. Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Representative to assist Vital Records customers with inquiries related to birth, death, marriage, and divorce certificates. This role requires handling a high volume of calls, providing clear and accurate information, and ensuring efficient resolution of customer concerns. Role & Responsibilities: Answer calls from customers requesting information on. How to request a copy of a birth, death, marriage, or divorce certificate. The status of an existing request. The process for submitting an amendment to a certificate. Required documents for making an amendment to a certificate. Create and forward tickets to other units as needed for further support. Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive records. Required Qualifications: Previous experience working in a high-volume call center environment. Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes. Experience working with confidential information. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in relevant systems. High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
