Learning and Development Training Specialist Job Locations

Overview As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and managing training initiatives across the organization. This includes overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS), developing and organizing training content, and creating structured training programs tailored to various job roles. You will coordinate and schedule training sessions, provide hands-on support and instruction for LMS users, and facilitate both in-person and virtual training to ensure employees are effectively trained. Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually This is a great role for those that like variety in their role - you may spend your morning conducting a training webinar or training session and engaging directly with employees and your afternoon mapping role-based learning paths in the LMS ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about building and improving training programs, and skilled at managing multiple training initiatives simultaneously. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences is essential. Responsibilities
Manage programs, learners, and training assignments within LMS365.
