JOB TITLE: Sales Representative II ABOUT THE ROLE: The Sales Representative II plays a critical role in developing profitable precast construction projects while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This position focuses on identifying new opportunities, supporting preconstruction efforts, and guiding projects from early concept through completion. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding, relationship-building skills, and a strong sales mindset to drive successful project outcomes. Salary range $120,000-160,000.
