Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Electronics or Electronics Technology (or equivalent experience)
• IPC-A-610 (CIS) certification or the ability to obtain
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Flying Probe or In-Circuit Test (ICT) programming
• Military electronics training is considered instead of formal education

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift 10-15 lbs.; occasionally up to 25 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production schedules, board complexity, and equipment availability to select optimal testing platforms
• Develop and maintain flying probe test programs using CAD data, BOMs, and schematics
• Debug and validate test programs using schematics and component datasheets
• Troubleshoot and resolve test failures and equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Perform board-level and test-level diagnostics to ensure product quality
• Collaborate with Test Operators and cross-functional teams to ensure proper implementation
• Monitor workflow and adjust priorities to meet production deadlines and throughput goals
• Assist with task coordination and team support as needed
