| Position Purpose |
We are seeking an experienced Senior Trainer to join the Learning, Development, and Engagement team in Human Resources at Dartmouth. As a Senior Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in our Talent Management Strategy by enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce through various training programs. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training sessions that cater to the diverse needs of our staff across different levels and areas of the institution.
Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on participant feedback and performance metrics. In this position, you will leverage your expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and human resources development to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the institution. Bachelors plus 6 or more years' experience or combination of education and experience |
| Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities |
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of successful program implementation.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and content authoring tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and launch multiple projects simultaneously.

| Preferred Qualifications |
- Experience with Rise 360 (Articulate) preferred.
- Professional certification in training or coaching strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of instructional design and assessment models.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting evaluation data.
