Program Manager: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
Start Date: This position will start ideally in summer time and will support through the 2026-2027 School Year.
Candidates will train at our summer camps in Wauwatosa starting in June. The position will begin in Hamilton Schools in September 2026.
WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS:
  • Deliver quality enrichment programs for children using our internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum
  • Develop and coach a team who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment
  • Work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
  • Instill the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events (Back to School, Right Club gives back, Field Day, and more!)
  • Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork

THE RIGHT FIT FOR THIS ROLE:
  • 21 years old or older
  • At least 240 hours of experience as a teacher or an assistance teacher in a group childcare setting OR at least 240 hours of experience as a licensee or provider of a family childcare center
AND one of the following:
  • 2 non-credit department approved courses in early childhood education
  • 2 courses for credit in early childhood education
  • 48 credits from an institution of higher education with at least 3 credits in early childhood education
  • Certificate from the WI Registry indicating level 12 or higher
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • License from the WI Dept. of Public Instruction to act as a Kindergarten, Pre-Kindergarten or Early Childhood teacher
  • Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children
  • Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community
  • Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn
  • Ability to meet all onboarding requirements including background check, various trainings, etc.
