What You Will Do The Production Trainer is responsible for onboarding and training new production employees at our Franklin, WI facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring new hires are prepared to work safely, efficiently, and independently in Assembly, Leak Testing, and Stacking operations. The Production Trainer partners closely with Production Supervisors, Leads, Quality, EH&S, and HR to deliver consistent, handson training aligned with safety, quality, and productivity standards. This is a highly visible, shopfloor role focused on developing skills, reinforcing expectations, and supporting early employee success in a nonunion manufacturing environment.
