The Role:

• Responsible for the maintenance of the facilities, buildings, backside, and track.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the dirt racing surfaces are safe for horse racing activities
• Manages the staff and processes involved in the maintenance of the Arapahoe Park facilities
• Plan and implements methods and tactics to improve operations, minimize costs, and maximize the use of facilities
• Hire, train, and develop track maintenance staff
• Works with the Executive Director of Operations to prioritize and manage projects and budgets
• Responsible for the management and maintenance of all equipment including company vehicles and tractors
