What you'll be doing...You'll be managing and supporting enterprise customers for their business-critical services. You will be improving the customer experience and should be willing to take up the responsibility of taking ownership of assigned tasks, resolve tasks within assigned shift or correctly transition incident to oncoming shift if not resolved, track task to resolution.
