Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dependable and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our second shift manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in an environment where independence, accountability, and sound decision-making are essential. Second shift leadership operates with minimal day-to-day oversight, so we are looking for someone who can confidently lead operations, solve problems, and keep production moving safely and efficiently.
