What You Need to Make the Cut

• Experience operating laser cutting, press brake, or similar mechanical equipment preferred
• Basic experience with powder coating is a plus (training available)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production specifications
• Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
• Able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

What You'll Handle Each Shift

• Operate laser cutting machinery to produce precise metal components according to specifications
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and production drawings to ensure accurate cuts
• Set up and adjust machines, select tools, and monitor equipment for consistent output
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with production standards
• Support warehouse workflow, including moving materials and maintaining an organized workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
• Participate in training and continuous learning opportunities to grow skills
