Shift: Monday - Thursday

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience with auto mechanics and calculations
• Forklift certified
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Steel-toes
• High attention to detail
• Able to work with small parts

Day in the Life: Maintenance Technician

• Perform preventive, routine, and minor maintenance on production and support equipment.
• Execute machine changeovers efficiently to support production schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning machinery with minimal downtime.
• Assist production teams to maintain smooth and continuous operations.
• Follow all safety policies, ISO standards, and plant procedures.
• Use and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Participate in shift meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support engineering teams with process improvements and new product development.
• Mentor and train operators on best practices and equipment operation.
• Handle hazardous materials and waste in compliance with safety regulations (training provided).
