Save lives, from the workplace to anyplace. The National Safety Council is America's leading nonprofit safety advocate. We focus on eliminating the leading causes of preventable injuries and deaths. Through leadership, research, education, and advocacy, NSC focuses on areas where most unintentional injuries and deaths occur. We are currently looking for a Program Manager - Our Driving Concern (FL) to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries. Applicants must reside in or within close proximity to Florida. Position Highlights: The Program Manager leads the Our Driving Concern (ODC) employer traffic safety program in Florida, a grant-funded initiative focused on preventing crashes and saving lives through employer-based education. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers and community partners, delivering engaging in-person and virtual trainings, and driving program performance aligned with state highway safety priorities. While the Our Driving Concern program is established and currently operating in multiple states, this role supports its expansion into Florida and will focus heavily on building employer participation from the ground up. The Program Manager will play a key role in establishing partnerships, expanding outreach, and growing program adoption throughout the state. The position is highly external-facing and requires strong presentation and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to confidently engage employers and stakeholders. Success in this role is driven by the ability to proactively identify opportunities, build relationships, and consistently drive outreach and training activity to achieve program goals. The Program Manager works in close coordination with a Program Coordinator, who supports grant administration and compliance processes, while the Program Manager provides the programmatic input and execution needed to meet performance goals. This role requires the ability to balance outreach, training delivery, and performance tracking in a fast-paced, remote environment. What You'll Do: Employer Outreach & Engagement
