We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Technology Specialist to drive the operational efficiency and technical stability of our enterprise learning platforms. In this dynamic contract role, you will be instrumental in supporting system changes, ensuring data integrity, and providing essential user assistance. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful migration and stabilization of our learning ecosystem, empowering thousands of learners and shaping the future of talent development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on operational and technical support for enterprise learning experience platforms.
• Administer and configure courses, curricula, assignments, audiences, and learning paths.
• Perform rigorous quality checks on content, metadata, and the overall learner experience.
• Offer Tier 2 support, troubleshooting platform issues and escalating as necessary.
• Assist with learning content uploads, testing, and validation (e.g., learning content standards).
• Support release testing, regression testing, and post-release verification processes.
• Execute configuration changes precisely based on defined requirements
• Contribute to reducing operational backlogs, including ticket resolution, data cleanup, and reporting requests.
• Run and validate standard learning platform reports to ensure accuracy.
• Support data checks related to learning completions, assignments, and user access
• Assist with user file validation and issue identification for integration purposes.
• Document issues and recurring patterns for escalation to technical teams or vendors.
• Collaborate with platform vendor support teams to resolve tickets and address defects.
• Support internal stakeholders (e.g., Learning & Development, Human Resources, IT) by providing expert answers to platform-related questions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise learning experience platforms.
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong understanding of learning platform administration, learning assignments, and reporting (Workday Preferred).
• Experience working with learning content standards.
• Proven ability to work effectively from defined requirements and processes.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with major enterprise learning platforms.
• Familiarity with ticketing workflows.
• Experience supporting platform upgrades or stabilization periods.
• Demonstrated ability in system user testing and data validation.
• Possesses adaptability, a strong team orientation, and effective communication skills.
