Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $71.26-79.18 Hourly W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match Start Date: ASAP The Global Partner Marketing Planning and Operations team is responsible for supporting growth and engagement marketing initiatives across global distribution partnerships. This team drives strategic planning and prioritization of earned partner marketing campaigns through data driven decision making, campaign prioritization, creative resourcing, XF project management, tactical execution and tooling development. Our client is seeking an experienced marketing planning and operations professional in a highly dynamic role. You will serve as both the partnerships and line of business expert, connecting various cross functional stakeholders on priorities, supporting creative planning/resourcing, owning day to day campaign execution tasks (timelines, briefs, creative reviews), and assisting with campaign tracking and recaps - requiring a keen eye for detail, analytical rigor, and a pragmatic approach to optimizing workflows. In addition to day to day planning and operational support, this role is expected to improve upon existing or create new processes that drive scale and efficiency across various complex workflows and tools. This person is a quick learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, is self-motivated, detail oriented and a proactive problem solver. This individual is also adept at navigating a highly complex organization with minimal hand-holding. What you will be doing:
