The Global Partner Marketing Planning and Operations team is responsible for supporting growth and engagement marketing initiatives across global distribution partnerships. This team drives strategic planning and prioritization of earned partner marketing campaigns through data driven decision making, campaign prioritization, creative resourcing, XF project management, tactical execution and tooling development.

Our client is seeking an experienced marketing planning and operations professional in a highly dynamic role. You will serve as both the partnerships and line of business expert, connecting various cross functional stakeholders on priorities, supporting creative planning/resourcing, owning day to day campaign execution tasks (timelines, briefs, creative reviews), and assisting with campaign tracking and recaps - requiring a keen eye for detail, analytical rigor, and a pragmatic approach to optimizing workflows.

In addition to day to day planning and operational support, this role is expected to improve upon existing or create new processes that drive scale and efficiency across various complex workflows and tools. This person is a quick learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, is self-motivated, detail oriented and a proactive problem solver. This individual is also adept at navigating a highly complex organization with minimal hand-holding.

What you will be doing:



  • Consolidating overall communication between various lines of business and partner marketing managers, including content prioritization, creative development and clearances, asset management, plan sharing (Go-to-market, Recaps, Post-mortems) and earned media tracking.
  • Lead tactical execution of creative briefs across statics, AV, copy, localization for various partners and lines of business.
  • Alongside marketers, analyze campaign performance data and ensure learnings are leveraged across Services Partner Marketing organization.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams (marketing, business, creative, agency, media, etc.), promoting collaboration and effective communication.
  • Assist in development and maintenance of tools (AI or otherwise) that aid in creative planning, development, and reporting.


Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 -10 years of experience managing marketing processes inclusive of creative development and business affairs clearances related to partner marketing.
  • Knowledge of the various partner verticals including but not limited to connected devices, retail, carriers, financial, airlines, etc. and the various owned and operated marketing channels that can be influenced.
  • Experience leading the creative process including data-based content selection, briefing, clearing, and trafficking.
  • Advanced knowledge of Airtable and Keynote, with ability to visualize creative examples in order to gain approvals.
  • Experience with global marketing and all the complexities that come with executing projects across multiple markets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be capable of organizing a wide breadth of projects.
  • Self starter mentality with advanced ability to solve problems creatively and cut through ambiguous projects with a clear vision.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Direct experience at a video or music streaming service or agency within the entertainment industry.
  • First hand experience building partner marketing processes within highly matrixed organizations.
  • Passion for television, movies, music, sports and the overall streaming industry.
