Are you a Program Manager with a knack for optimizing operational workflows and ensuring seamless support for a dynamic workforce? We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team and make a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our extended talent programs. In this pivotal role, you will directly contribute to fostering a productive and well-supported environment for our contingent workers, enabling critical projects to move forward without interruption and driving overall organizational success. (Must be based in Austin, TX)

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide comprehensive program support for the daily operations of our contingent workforce initiatives.

* Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of contingent workers, including onboarding, ongoing management, and offboarding processes.

* Actively identify and remove operational barriers to ensure contingent workers maintain necessary access and resources for their roles.

* Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of contingent workforce programs.

* Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize support systems and ensure a positive experience for our extended talent.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have:**

* 5+ years of proven experience in program management, specifically supporting contingent workforce programs.

* Demonstrated expertise with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
