As a Hardware Systems Integration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and robust performance of critical hardware systems, directly impacting the development of groundbreaking products. This team operates with the agility and innovation of a specialized design house, focusing on the complete lifecycle of hardware systems. You will be a key contributor in a fast-paced environment, tackling challenging integration issues and collaborating with a diverse group of engineers to bring visionary designs to life. What You'll Do:
- Triage and provide critical support for complex bugs identified by diverse internal and external software teams.
- Lead structured root cause investigations that span hardware, signal integrity, power integrity, and software interactions.
- Debug high-speed interfaces, including memory, serial links, and networking protocols.
- Support troubleshooting for high-power designs, encompassing power management ICs, regulators, power sequencing, and thermal behavior.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to audio subsystems, clocking, and mixed-signal interactions.
- Organize next steps, track actions, and drive timely issue closure for critical problems.
- Engage actively in hands-on lab work, utilizing oscilloscopes, high-speed probing, power measurements, and supporting board bring-up and rework coordination.
- Maintain clear documentation on collaboration platforms, ensuring strong traceability and concise hardware/software communication.
- Assist with diagnostic documentation for hardware-centric verification and validation tests.
- Act as a crucial bridge between hardware, systems, and distributed software teams.
What You'll Bring: Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in hardware systems integration or a related field.
- Hands-on experience working in a lab environment for debug or verification purposes.
- Demonstrated experience in circuit design.
- Proven ability to debug and resolve complex hardware and system-level issues.
- Experience in hardware design and interacting with software on embedded systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and a self-starter who can take initiative and drive tasks to completion.
