The Site Development Compliance Specialist is a full-time position with benefits and a preferred hiring range of $23.93 - $26.33 per hour (equivalent to $49,774 - $54,766 annually); however, an exact salary will be dependent upon the selected candidate's qualifications/experience and in compliance with City policy. As the Site Development Compliance Specialist, you'll be responsible for performing intermediate technical work involving various engineering assistance tasks. In the role, you’ll organize and conduct construction site inspections to ensure compliance with erosion control and stormwater management regulations. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate reports and records of inspections, entering data into project databases and filing systems, and coordinating and participating in advanced ordinance enforcement actions. This position also involves assisting the Department of Community Development’s Engineering Division with special tasks and related work as needed.
