  • Document processes and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and knowledgebase content to enable consistent execution and efficient onboarding.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (e.g., KPIs, cycle times, throughput, backlog, quality metrics) to provide visibility into team performance and opportunities for improvement.

  • Provide daytoday support to attorneys and business partners through training, office hours, and howto guidance, and drive adoption of standard tools and processes.

  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives by tracking workstreams, documenting benefits, and sharing results and best practices across the global Legal team.

  • Review and update contract metadata to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness.

  • Experience implementing process improvements and/or automation initiatives that deliver measurable efficiency gains.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decisionmaking.

  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining reports and dashboards that provide visibility into operational performance and outcomes.
