Accounting Support Specialist

We are seeking a Accounting Support Specialist to join Tesla's Finance Team. This role focuses on managing customer payments, processing refunds, and supporting automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. The position involves collaboration with various business units to ensure accurate financial transactions and resolve discrepancies, contributing to the overall success of Tesla's financial operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an accounting or operations role
• Bank and cash experience are a plus
• Expert skills in Excel are a must,at minimum must know how to use Pivot tables, vlookup, and other advanced functions to manage data
• Knowledge with preparing journal entries
• Experience with Accounts Payable or Account Receivable Processing is a plus
• Experience with Tableau and Microsoft AX Dynamics is a plus
