The Patient Access Supervisor, supervises Emergency Services daily operations of all staff functions. The position provides and maintains a normal level of departmental functions in conjunction with the Operations Manager of the Admissions Department. Work requires internal contacts outside the work group to resolve mutual problems and to collaborate on work procedures to ensure satisfaction with services. Communication with external contact involves providing or obtaining factual information. The job duties affect direct patient care through the completion of tasks, which allow others to provide direct care. Location: Washington, DC 20016 Shift: Evenings Minimum Education and Experience:
