Role Overview We are seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO to serve as a trusted partner in the CEO's Office. This role is responsible for ensuring the CEO's time, attention, and daily operating rhythm are focused on the company's highest priorities. This is a high-trust role that requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complexity in a fast-moving environment. The successful candidate will anticipate needs, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and ensure the CEO is well prepared, well informed, and able to operate effectively. This role is part of the CEO Office team, which works together to support the CEO. The office includes the Chief of Staff, Head of Business Operations, and executive assistant support, with each role contributing to a well-coordinated executive operating environment. The Senior Executive Assistant serves as the primary steward of the CEO's calendar, logistics, and executive flow, working closely with the broader CEO Office team to ensure strong coordination across priorities and commitments. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift frequently and thoughtful judgment is required to balance competing demands. This role helps ensure that time is used effectively by bringing structure, coordination, and clarity to the CEO's schedule, commitments, and daily operating flow. By helping the CEO stay focused on the company's most important priorities, this role contributes directly to the effectiveness of the leadership team and the organization as a whole.
