Production Support Engineer Location: Austin, TX (Onsite) Compensation: Competitive base + benefits Togetherwork is seeking a Production Support Engineer to serve as the cornerstone of IT operations at our growing Austin office. This is a dual-function, hands-on role combining frontline IT support with collaborative endpoint management - the best of both worlds for someone who thrives on variety and loves keeping technology humming smoothly. As the Austin office expands, you'll be the go-to technical resource on the ground - supporting executives, setting up new hires, managing the office's A/V and wireless environment, and ensuring hardware flows in and out seamlessly. In parallel, you'll work side-by-side with our IT Hardware team based in Maryland, serving as the Austin arm of a collaborative, cross-regional operation that collectively manages endpoint infrastructure for the entire company. About the Team: You'll join Togetherwork's IT Hardware team, a collaborative group responsible for the procurement, provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management of physical devices across the company. The core team operates out of our Maryland office and manages hardware for our large remote employee base. You'll be their counterpart in Austin - embedded in the local office but deeply connected to the broader team. We're a practical, process-oriented team that values clear communication, documentation, and doing things right the first time.
