Private Banking is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, goal-oriented individual to join the Portfolio Aggregation Services Team.The Team is a group of quick-thinking, problem-solving individuals within SEI that set a high bar of superior customer service.The team is a leveraged team working with both the SEI Wealth Platform and the SEI Trust 3000 Platform. The position involves exception processing, implementation and working with Clients, Aggregators and Custodians to allow the client to include non-custodial accounts in a holistic approach within the US Private Banking Business.

What you will do:

  • Coordinatingcommunication with external and internal partners to ensure consistent, efficient and ongoing support of the client

  • Incorporating workflows, procedures and outputs to better serve our clients

  • Preparing and processing error-free transactions accurately and in a timely manner, according to client instructions and according to SEI procedure

  • Reviewing, analyzing, and entering client information and transactions into multiple systems

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner

  • Perform effectively independently, as well as in a team environment

  • Where required, train and mentor other team members

  • Become proficient in business application tools

  • General project management skills

  • Other duties as assigned

What we would like from you:

  • BA/BS degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or business related field; or the equivalent in education and work experience

  • Ability to work well under pressure, perform multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to role and organizational changes

  • Strong Root Cause Analysis Skills

  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Strong project oriented skills

  • Excellent communication and written skills - Ability to deliver clear concise messages to client and internal counterparts

  • Strong time management skills

  • Ability to examine and maintain policies and procedures

  • Must be detail oriented and have effective listening skills

  • Ability to work early hours
