Order Fulfillment Specialist

TriMed is looking for a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer orders from entry through delivery while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a strong customer experience.

You'll work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Inventory, and Finance teams to keep orders moving smoothly and resolve issues quickly.

• Process and manage customer orders with a high level of accuracy

• Review orders for completeness, pricing, and product availability

• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment

• Communicate with customers regarding order status, updates, and issues

• Monitor order flow and proactively resolve discrepancies

• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions

• Assist with inventory updates, backorders, and stock availability

• Partner with Finance on invoicing or payment-related questions

• Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency

• 2+ years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a similar role

• Experience working with ERP or order management systems

• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
