As our Director, Global Payroll, you'll own the endtoend payroll ecosystem across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, operational excellence, and a bestinclass employee experience. You'll partner with leaders across HR, Finance, and IT to build a multiyear payroll roadmap, elevate technology, streamline processes, and deliver automation that scales. The Global Payroll Director leads the full scope of global payroll and timekeeping operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely pay across all regions. This role oversees governance, audits, regulatory compliance, and SOX controls while driving operational excellence through accuracy, automation, scalability, and efficiency. They develop and execute the global payroll and timekeeping strategy, manage multiple vendors worldwide, and maintain strong service levels with a focus on continuous improvement. Operating with both a strategic, longterm vision and responsibility for daytoday execution, this leader identifies opportunities to enhance processes and partners with executives to support organizational decisionmaking.
