The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $45,300-$58,900 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job DescriptionGENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: The Operations Specialist plays an essential role in providing administrative support to members of our domestic manufacturing team, responsible for supporting daily operations and ensuring a positive, efficient experience for employees, internal partners, and external stakeholders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Engagement Activities * Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to promote collaboration and morale. Promoting Employee Experience * In partnership with HRBP and Operations, assist in providing optimal employee experience by maintaining documents, forms and other information regularly sought by employees. Collective Bargaining Agreement Administration * With direction from HRBP, manage and maintain assigned administrative processes governed by the collective bargaining agreement Operational Excellence * Develop and maintain clear, accurate standard operating procedures to support reliable and repeatable workflows of assigned tasks. * Provide admin support to Operations team; maintain updates on Tier Boards, update Plant performance information Training System Management * Develop and maintain the training database to ensure team members have access to relevant learning resources. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Represent the company in a professional manner. * Interacts with external vendors and representatives. * Ensure a clean and safe work environment. * Complete other duties as assigned from time to time by management.
