JOB SUMMARY
The Office Admin is responsible for performing administrative and clerical activities such as record keeping, document preparation, presentation development, meeting coordination, and special projects. They provide customer service to internal and external customers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • A working knowledge of office procedures, scheduling, and word processing software at a level normally acquired through completion of an associate's degree or related field; and
  • One year's experience in administrative support.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Office administration experience working in either Electrical Construction or General Construction.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish in verbal and written formats.


KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES


  • Requires strong organizational skills, continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing material as well as the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive confidential situations.
  • Requires advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Good punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills are critical.
  • Must maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Provide administrative support for Project Manager / Manager / Director.
    • Attend meetings to record minutes and notes.
    • Schedule and track travel.
    • Process department billings, weekly timecards, and invoice tracking.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
