Job Title: Client Support, Return Mail Processor (Tier II)
Location: West Henrietta New York 14586 Duration: 3 Months Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Eastern - 40 Hours, Day Shift Job Description: Individual will work mostly independently. Return mail is delivered daily and they will be responsible for logging it into the system and preparing new packages to be mailed out. May require calling Clients to validate business address. Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and are resolved in accordance with Client policies and procedures. Assist with other data entry tasks as needed.
