Apply at: www.esgw.org/jobs Supports the development of engaging and effective training content for Retail, Safety, and operational initiatives across the organization. Works collaboratively with People Services leadership and subject matter experts to translate operational processes, compliance requirements, and best practices into structured learning materials. This role supports the modernization of training through video-based learning, digital modules, and other multimedia resources designed to support frontline team members and leaders. The position will initially focus on the retail training revamp initiative and may expand to support training needs across additional divisions including Programs and Administration. Requirements
