**Responsibilities:**

* Design and implement dynamic context construction strategies for RAG systems, optimizing context retrieval for large language models.

* Lead the technical strategy for embedding approaches to capture domain-specific terminology and build real-time data pipelines for semantic indexing.

* Architect, develop, and deploy Gen AI-powered web-based tools from prototype to production-ready systems.

* Fine-tune pre-existing large language models to meet specific business requirements and improve performance.

* Develop and implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks for large language model systems, focusing on precision, recall, and cost efficiency.

* Collaborate closely with engineering, product, security, and privacy teams to ensure successful tool deployment and adoption.

* Mentor team members and provide technical leadership as an Individual Contributor (IC) in software design and architecture.

* Utilize Python, Go, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and cloud platforms for development and deployment.

* Query massive datasets for model diagnostics and architectural decision-making.

**Required Qualifications:**

* 8-10 years of overall software development experience, with at least 3-5 years specifically in Generative AI/Large Language Model applications.

* Proven experience building and deploying Generative AI tools using large language models.

* Expertise in designing and implementing RAG-based (Retrieval Augmented Generation) or contextual retrieval systems.

* Strong understanding of evaluation metrics (precision, recall) and practical experience with data analysis using SQL.

* Proficiency in Python and/or Go for backend development.

* Experience with Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript for frontend development.

* Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms.

* Strong software design and architecture skills, with the ability to independently build and design complex systems.

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

* Experience testing and launching software products, particularly those involving Machine Learning algorithms and tools.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience with Docker/Kubernetes concepts for deployment is highly desirable.
