Description
This position can be based in Salt Lake City, UT or Durham, NC and offers a hybrid schedule (50% onsite, 50% remote) with an every-other-Friday-off schedule (9/8/80). We are seeking a highly execution-focusedSenior Recruiter - Campus & Veteran Programs to help transform our recruiting strategy with a stronger emphasis on early talent. This role will sit within the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, under the NORAM Talent Management organization, and will play a critical role in building and operationalizing our early careers ecosystem. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives in building structure, executing programs end-to-end, and partnering with stakeholders to shape a modern, scalable campus and veteran recruiting strategy. While this role is hands-on and delivery-oriented, it will also collaborate closely with business leaders and HRBPs to evolve and mature our approach over time. Preferred Education, Training and Experience
Domestic Travel required: 15% of time (total). The estimated salary range for this role based in Salt Lake City, UT and Durham, North Carolina is between $100,000 - 128,000. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux's bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living. Actual compensation within this range is determined based on the successful candidate's experience and will be presented in writing at the time of the offer.
