Position Title: Flexo Press Operator Wage: $20.00/Hour Shift: Night Shift Hours: 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM (Wednesday- Friday) Reached a dead end at your current job? Check out how this position can create a new path! We are currently looking for a Flexo Press Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and troubleshoot a 1618 Webtron flexographic printing press to support daily production and maintain quality standards. Flexo Press Operator Responsibilities: - Operate and troubleshoot a 1618 Webtron flexo press - Follow the daily production schedule and assignments from the Production Supervisor or Lead Pressman - Set up the printing press for production runs - Ensure the press has enough raw materials to meet production needs - Mount printing plates as required - Maintain quality standards following SOP and GMP guidelines - Keep the press clean and in good operating condition Requirements For Flexo Press Operator: - Previous printing press or manufacturing experience preferred - Ability to follow production schedules and work with a team - Strong attention to quality and detail - Mechanical ability and troubleshooting skills are a plus - Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely - Must be able to stand for long periods during the shift Greenfield@qpsemployment.com IND104 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
