Position Title: Finish Mill Associate
Wage: $18/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday + Mandatory OT on Friday We are hiring a Finish Mill Associate for an associate to hire role supporting daily production operations for a company in Waterloo, IA. This position focuses on catching parts from the end of machines and gluing panels together. Candidates will also have opportunities to learn additional responsibilities within the department as they develop their skills. Finish Mill Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Catch finished parts as they come off the end of production machines - Inspect parts for quality, defects, and accuracy as they exit machinery - Glue panels together, ensuring proper alignment, bonding, and curing - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area - Opportunity to learn additional duties and cross-train in other areas of the finish mill Finish Mill Associate Requirements: - Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Ability to bend, reach, and move materials as needed waterloo@qpsemployment.com IND099 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
