Description Markon is seeking a Business Performance Analyst to support business management and performance analysis activities for a federal client. The selected candidate will provide analytical support to assess organizational performance, monitor metrics, and support process improvement initiatives. This role will work closely with program leadership, the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), and Government Task Managers (GTMs) to evaluate resource allocation, analyze trends, and provide strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and mission outcomes. Salary Range USD $130,000.00 - USD $155,000.00 /Yr.
