WisPak, a leading manufacturer and distributor of some of the nation's most recognized beverage brands a highly analytical Environmental, Health & Safety professional who thrives on solving complex challenges, building robust systems, and driving operational excellence. As our Facility Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist in plant in Watertown, WI you will serve as the facility's technical EHS expert, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening safety programs, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working with data, regulations, investigations, and systems while making a measurable impact on the organization's safety and environmental performance. Working closely with the Director of Environmental Health, Safety, and Security, you will lead critical EHS initiatives, provide technical guidance to leaders across the facility, and drive sustainable solutions that reduce risk and improve operational effectiveness. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene or related field and 3+ years environmental, health, and safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is required. Candidates without a Bachelor's degree will be considered with 11+ years relevant professional experience in EHS & Safety. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, hazardous materials, and emergency preparedness requirements. Experience with compliance audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and regulatory reporting. Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, collaborate across teams, and support off-shift operations as needed. CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
