About the Role

This position plays a key role in advancing EnergySolutions' next generation of digital project controls systems by integrating cost, schedule, and performance data through automation, analytics, and AI to support smarter project delivery. As part of the Project Management Office, the role supports the development and integration of enterprise tools that connect scheduling, cost, and project performance data across systems.

Working closely with senior project controls professionals, digital leads, IT partners, and project teams, you will help design and implement solutions that strengthen forecasting, automate reporting, and improve visibility into project performance across EnergySolutions' portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project teams with integration of schedule, cost, and performance data, including alignment of scheduling tools (P6/MS Project), cost systems, and reporting platforms.
  • Develop and maintain digital project controls tools and PMO applications that integrate schedule, cost, and performance data while supporting project setup, baseline management, performance tracking, and reporting
  • Analyze project performance data, support forecasting activities, and improve reporting visibility for project controls metrics.
  • Design and implement automation workflows and AI-assisted tools using Power Apps, Power Automate, and CoPilot to streamline project controls processes and improve forecasting, analytics, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and scale digital project controls processes across projects and business lines.


Qualifications & Attributes

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, data analytics, computer science, or related discipline.
  • Experience working with project controls systems, data integration, or digital PMO tools supporting cost, schedule, or performance management.
  • Familiarity with project controls practices such as scheduling, forecasting, cost tracking, or earned value concepts is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project; experience supporting schedule development or analysis is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Excel; familiarity with Power Query and advanced data connections is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate; working knowledge or experience developing applications or workflow automations is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex technical data and systems processes into practical tools and solutions that support project teams and improve reporting visibility.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with demonstrated ability to work across project teams, technical teams, and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Willingness to support project-specific assignments that may require travel or short-term relocation.
