PURPOSE AND SCOPE This position is responsible assembling mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components to customer supplied specifications. This position is required to follow established safety procedures in and around the production area, to comprehend and conform to established quality guidelines, and to demonstrate good housekeeping skills in the work area and on the production floor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The incumbent may be responsible for other specific and essential duties and responsibilities with respect to each of the skills set regardless of certification status. Operate small hand tools such as power screwdrivers, overhead crane, banding and testing equipment, air tools and hammers in a safe, prescribed manner. Assemble products to engineering specification with the highest level of quality.
